- HHHarshNov 11, 20251.0we ordered a 12” Veggie Delite on Italian Herbs & Cheese, toasted, and selected three sauces (Peppercorn Ranch, Baja Chipotle, Roasted Garlic Aioli)—all printed on my receipt (Order #02486E50-0F, total $15.22). The sandwich was served completely dry with no sauce at all, and the bread was hard/stale. Quality was so poor we threw the whole sub away. This is not the first issue here (I’ve previously been charged for items that weren’t provided). I’ve requested a full refund through support. I hope management addresses training/QA so orders match receipts and bread isn’t served past its prime. I’ll gladly update this review if the store resolves it.
