Not only did this ruin our meal, but it also shows a total lack of cleanliness in the kitchen. When we spend money at a well-known brand like Pizza Hut, the least we expect is safe, clean food — not something that makes us lose our appetite. So yes, I got a new pizza, but the entire process was frustrating, inconvenient, and honestly very disappointing. Finding hair in food shows a serious hygiene issue, and asking the customer to come back in freezing weather shows a serious customer service issue. I hope management takes this seriously — this kind of experience is not what anyone expects from Pizza Hut.

If you aren't going to use the company standards you must shorten the time and temp in the oven. You literally cannot taste any cheese or sauce just burnt bread. This place is consistently bad. They deliver with door dash too so I've had my food stolen twice. Just shut the doors if you can run a business. Pizza is 3 ingredients it's not like I'm asking you to solve the mysteries of the universe. You make the whole experience like trying to drive a square peg into a round hole. Seriously please explain why your store is so terrible. I genuinely want an answer. I never get an answer when I call. They remake your pizza and it's worse. Also why do you deliver bread sticks with refrigerated sauce. I never seen that. Does anyone wants to dip their bread sticks in 45 degree sauce? Am I missing something? Is it some new culinary adventure that I am unaware of?
