- PPPauline1 day ago2.0I appreciate the improvements made to the outside of the building, but I will never make an online order there again. They didn’t have two items I ordered online, and I was told that to get a refund, I would have to return during the week, which seems completely unnecessary. One of the workers called the manager to see if a refund could be made, but the latter told him I had to return another day, which was annoying. The two workers did their best under the circumstances, but the manager not allowing a refund on the same day was frustrating. So be careful! If you make a mobile order, show up, and they don’t have your item(s), you’ll have to wait for a refund or get something else. They must do better!
- VDVincenzin DunnNov 5, 20251.0Bad experience they charge me for 2 coffees when I only purchased one went back to them to show them my receipt they wanted me to show my atm bank statement the I was charged twice and I did they give me such a hard time , I told the manager do you think I will drive back here for the 3 dollars it about the principal and the morals .Nope they would have it not even here one coffee free on us . Never going back costumer service is horrible . I have been to many dunking places never had a bad experience like this one . On the end it wasn’t about getting my $3 and change back it was about how they reacted very disappointed ☹️.

The donuts ALWAYS hit unlike other locations that have dry, and generally lack- luster donuts. My coffee is made the same every single time, super consistent and always perfect! And the food is always made with love, even sometimes putting on some extra bacon since I don’t get eggs on my breakfast wraps.
