  Despite being recently remodeled, and having a drive-thru added, the service here is not very good. I hoped the service would have improved with the upgrades due to the new reservation, but unfortunately it has gotten even slower. I think this is very unfortunate given the fact that this Dunkin donuts is conveniently located on route 10. Eastbound. In my personal opinion, I would skip this location and go to the one about a mile down the road in Dover. Every time I am there, there seems to be only one employee who knows what they're doing. I feel sorry for her because she has to deal with such a chaotic atmosphere. To top it all off, this place has very little parking and the drive-thru is extremely small and there's always a long wait. The weight inside is no better.

  I recently had a pretty frustrating experience at Dunkin’. There were three employees working up front, yet customers were left waiting for an unusually long time without any acknowledgment. It got to the point where I actually had to call out just to get someone’s attention because no one seemed to be paying attention to the people standing there. No customer should have to wait that long, especially when staff are visibly present. A simple greeting or update would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, the lack of urgency and awareness made the visit disappointing. I hope management takes a closer look at customer service because this location has the potential to be much better with improved attentiveness.

  I had a very disappointing experience at the drive-thru today. The employee was extremely unprofessional and got my order wrong multiple times. After I paid and received my order, I politely let him know that it was incorrect and asked if it could be fixed. Instead of helping, he was rude and dismissive, and I was even charged extra to change it—despite the mistake not being mine. Customer service was lacking, and the whole interaction made me feel uncomfortable and frustrated. I expect better professionalism and courtesy, especially when a mistake is handled kindly on the customer’s end.
