The coffee was cold, and the bagel barely has cream cheese—it was practically empty (see attached photo). The management is very unprofessional and the place is incredibly cheap with their portions. It seems like they take advantage of the morning rush, assuming people are too busy to complain. This isn't the first time, but it’s definitely the last. Save your money and go somewhere else

I hate to complain but today’s experience at the drive through was extremely disappointing. I was handed a hot chocolate in a defective cup; when I took it, the lid came off and the hot chocolate spilled all over my car and myself. The rim where the lid should attach was completely crushed, the cup was soggy, and the hot chocolate was not even hot (fortunately, given that it spilled on me). Additionally, the foam on my cappuccino was unusual and concerning, unlike anything I have experienced before, and I strongly suspect it may have been soap. To make matters worse, my son’s bagel was so stale it was inedible. Definitely won’t be returning to this location.
