  EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE FROM JEAN & THE NIGHT CREW! I have to give the biggest shoutout to Jean, the manager at CAVA, and his incredible nighttime crew. Every single visit feels like a masterclass in hospitality. Jean runs the team with such professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail that you immediately feel taken care of the moment you walk in. The bowls are always fresh, perfectly portioned, and prepared with care, even during the late hours when most places start to lose steam. Not here. Jean’s team keeps the same energy, quality, and cleanliness from open to close. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it shows in every interaction. Jean himself is a standout, kind, attentive, and consistently going above and beyond. He sets the tone for the whole crew, and it makes the experience not just good… but genuinely exceptional. If you want great food, great vibes, and next-level customer service, the nighttime team here is unbeatable. CAVA is lucky to have Jean and his squad. Highly, highly recommended! 🥗✨

  Always fresh and flavorful!” CAVA never disappoints. The ingredients are super fresh, the portions are generous, and the flavors always hit. The staff is friendly and the service is quick, even during busy hours. My bowl was perfectly balanced, and everything tasted really clean. Definitely one of my go-to spots for a healthy, satisfying meal. Highly recommend! Jean Roderiquez was amazing!

  I truly love coming to this cava for a handful of reasons. 1) the staff is always so kind and friendly, because I come here almost once a week some have remembered my order, or given me something extra with no charge. They are truly sweet people 2) it’s never extremely extremely busy atleast when I go, and when it is my pick up order is always done on time 3) the food is truly amazing. Everything is made with olive oil and I love how the brand markets how they only use canola oil for frying their pita chips, and a few dressings I love this place 💛

  Cava in Ramsey is really losing its touch. Let me start off by saying I was LIED to. I had asked to add a little extra rice since I was not getting any greens and the guy goes “that will be extra charge” lol WHAT?!?!?! No other fast food restaurant charges extra for rice! I went ahead and called corporate and they confirmed that they can’t be charging extra for RICE! Waited 5 mins for stake and it was horrible! It has no flavor at all. Prob one of the worst protein option they have. Not sure if it was bc there was a line of people all waiting for the stake to come out so they rushed to make it or if it actually is that tasteless. Also, I found it rude that the staff were speaking Spanish to one another about the customers. They obviously didn’t realize that I understood what they were saying. Spent $47 for two bowls and not really worth it from this location.
