Unfortunately, this visit was just as disappointing as the previous ones. From the moment we approached the counter, the cashier, Katie, was rude and unprofessional. Basic customer service was completely lacking, and the interaction made us feel unwelcome. In addition, the team behind the counter appeared undertrained, with visible confusion during service and little attention to cleanliness or efficiency. Several tables in the dining area were dirty and had not been wiped down, which is unacceptable. I want to note that this is not a reflection of CAVA as a whole—the Paramus location is excellent, with friendly staff and a clean, well-run environment. This particular location, however, falls far below CAVA’s usual standards. Management needs to address staff training, customer service, and cleanliness immediately.
