Also, they didn’t give me a small unsweeted iced tea (I forgot to ask them when getting my food on drive-thru). Emailed to Customer Care… they kicked back my case to the store. The store manager called to ask me tons of questions regarding my payment method! I did provide her as requested… Today I still don’t see any refund nor response from her or McDonald’s Customer Care! I’ve never had such bad experience with any other fast food stores. Bad service overall. UPDATED: To the owner – I saw your response here. McDonald’s Customer Care Team is a joke. I tried to follow up with them today but received this response, “Due to not receiving a response in the past 72 hours, this case has been closed. To re-open this case, please submit a new case via the Contact Us Form.” I wish I would be able to give them ZERO star of service. No wonder why customers are leaving McDonald’s.
