  I stopped at this Dunkin location before work after giving blood because I needed something quick to eat. Unfortunately, this experience was awful, and it’s not the first time. The bagel was so hard it was like a rock — completely inedible. The Sabrina Daydream Refresher was also wrong: it was milky and watery, nothing like it’s supposed to be. I paid over $9 and couldn’t even eat or enjoy what I ordered. This has happened multiple times at this location, even though I used to come here regularly. It’s extremely disappointing, especially since this is the only Dunkin close to my workplace. The quality, workers, and customer service are very poor. I feel like I wasted my money, and that shouldn’t happen when customers are paying this much for basic food and drinks.

  I am originally a constant client of this Dunkin’ Donuts, and I have to say that for the past few months, the lack of consistency with the quality of the coffee they’re providing it’s sad. I love this location because it’s literally around the block from my house, but when I tell you, I rather drive further than stop here anymore. This morning’s coffee was bitter, burnt, and with a horrible aftertaste do not waste your money here. I will no longer be a client here again

  I was hesitant to put a review here, but I gave them so many chances to get my simple order right, and still keep messing it up. It’s difficult to know it’s messed up until you get home because the coffee is very hot to try it before I leave. Now I am seating here with a coffee I can’t drink because it’s too sweet. This is why your customers give instructions, because we know how we like our coffee. This is at times the most convenient location and that’s why I kept going, but after messing my order so many times I don’t think I want to continue using this location. The lady in the morning who takes the order in the drive up is always talking too fast and over you, she is more worried about talking than listening to what the order is and I believe this is why is always wrong. Lady, please let me finish my order and then you repeat to confirm you got it right. I understand that it is very busy in the morning, but if you focus on quantity vs quality, I need to tell you that there are other Dunkin’ Donuts near by, and although I know that more than likely is the same owner, the store performance will colapse. I am sure I am not the only one having this issue, because if you managed to mess up my order so many times, big chances are that there are other people suffering the same pain.

  My bagel was burnt and not only that, they want to sell at crazy prices take people 0.60 cent different from other Dunkin dunut store and the most funny thing don’t want to sell the new drunkilatte, saying that store don’t sell that, is this not a franchise ? SMH, I’m not going there again. I order bagel from other place is $3.08 why this store has to be extra $3.68 that is sick! I hope cooperate check this out asap before I file a lawsuit claim
