Unfortunately, this experience was awful, and it’s not the first time. The bagel was so hard it was like a rock — completely inedible. The Sabrina Daydream Refresher was also wrong: it was milky and watery, nothing like it’s supposed to be. I paid over $9 and couldn’t even eat or enjoy what I ordered. This has happened multiple times at this location, even though I used to come here regularly. It’s extremely disappointing, especially since this is the only Dunkin close to my workplace. The quality, workers, and customer service are very poor. I feel like I wasted my money, and that shouldn’t happen when customers are paying this much for basic food and drinks.

I love this location because it’s literally around the block from my house, but when I tell you, I rather drive further than stop here anymore. This morning’s coffee was bitter, burnt, and with a horrible aftertaste do not waste your money here. I will no longer be a client here again
