  They never send the order correct and wings was frozen !!! And if they dont have an item available they will pick for u even if you don’t like it !

  Ordered a pizza as a late evening dinner on an out of state trip. 3.5hrs later we do not have any contact about our pizza, Door Dash updates keep changing and regressing. I texted the delivery driver then his name disappeared. No reply. I called the restaurant and got hung up on while I was on hold. Bad weather, but the main road is clear. New Jersy has been a let down so far. Don't order from here.

  He tenido la oportunidad de visitar muchos restaurantes en Estados Unidos, y aunque la mayoría han sido experiencias maravillosas, pocas veces me he sentido tan bien acogido como en este Papa John’s en particular. Desde el momento en que crucé la puerta, el equipo me recibió con una calidez excepcional, algo que no se encuentra en todos lados. El servicio fue simplemente impecable: amabilidad genuina, atención detallada y una hospitalidad que me hizo sentir como en casa. No sé si eran supervisores, managers o simplemente empleados apasionados por su trabajo, pero su trato fue tan humano y acogedor que por un instante me transportaron a un lugar donde el servicio al cliente se convierte en una verdadera experiencia. Y, por supuesto, la comida no se quedó atrás. Deliciosa, bien preparada y servida con la misma calidad que caracterizó todo el servicio. I’ve had the opportunity to visit many restaurants across the United States, and while most of them have been great experiences, very few have made me feel as welcomed as this particular Papa John’s. From the moment I walked in, the team greeted me with exceptional warmth—something you don’t find everywhere. The service was simply outstanding: genuine kindness, attentive care, and a level of hospitality that made me feel right at home. I’m not sure if they were supervisors, managers, or just passionate employees, but their friendliness and welcoming attitude created an experience that truly stood out. And of course, the food was just as amazing—delicious, well-prepared, and served with the same quality that defined the entire experience. A huge thank you to the entire team for showing that a great restaurant isn’t just about the food, but also about the people who bring it to life. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommending this location!
