  wretched is a bad place and the manager doesn't treat people well. I was there on April 18th and he didn't give me my order, he cancelled it.

  I ordered the combo bowl with lamb. The lamb and falafel were seasoned well, the hummus was fluffy and veggies fresh. I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of lamb, if anything I wish there was more salad. The side hot sauce is HOT good thing I ordered the mint lemonade which was refreshing!

  I recently visited Mamoun’s in Princeton and was pretty disappointed with the experience. The portion sizes were extremely small, even after paying extra for rice and Salad. For the added cost, I expected a more filling meal, but what I received didn’t feel worth the price at all. What made things worse was the interaction at the counter. When I raised my concern, the staff member told me that I had already eaten the meal, which was simply not true. That response felt dismissive and unprofessional, and it made an already frustrating situation even more disappointing. Overall, between the small portions and the poor customer service, the experience did not meet expectations.

  Mamouns has the best falafel and it’s consistent at every location. I happily drive an hour to go to their locations in NJ and used to visit their NYC village location all the time. I saw a documentary where all their falafel filling is made in one place to ensure the consistency and then fried fresh in the store. Along with their hot sauce, it makes for the best falafel around. Wish there was one closer to me as I’d be there every week!
