Me and my girlfriend arrived at this restaurant at 9:05 last night. The cashier working the window was extremely rude and started yelling at my girlfriend when she asked for clarification for the price of our food. I wanted to go in and file a complaint but I was so disgusted with the service we just left. I will never visit this establishment again. I refuse to spend my money somewhere and then be treated less than. I recommend going anywhere but this place. I will never be back. Absolutely horrid to treat paying customers like this.

Horrible staff. Didn’t speak English. Paid 3 dollars down strawberry swirl. Left and noticed there was not much strawberry swirl in there . Turned around drive back through the drive thru and asked for some extra syrup on top. Told me extra will cost me money. I said ok I’ll pay for it . Spanish lady who barely spoke English told me would be 3 dollars for extra syrup. I looked at her like she had 3 heads and she said “ yesh look at the screen “ and pointed at the screen that was inside . Very unprofessional seems like she was gong to pocket that extra 3 bucks . Not a good look and definitely will not be back here for anything else .

I usually come here after work around midnight never had an issue with the guy there. But today the lady that was in the drive through was TERRIBLE and gave nothing but ATTITUDE. Simply because she wasn’t understanding what the code was for. And on top of that we tried to redeem our frosty keychain like we always do and she just kept throwing her hands in the air and was just DISRESPECTFUL. Like we were bothering her but we’re not asking her to do anything besides HER JOB. I paid for 2 double stacks and ended up with 2jr bacon cheese burgers.. very UNACCEPTABLE They need better staff here. Don’t work in a fast food chain if you can’t do customer service. People should get what they pay for.
