Since I started coming to this Wendy's, I have had the chance to get to know the staff and found they are friendly and accommodating. However, it is very clear that the staff at this location English is limited and with that being said they do try. Americans don't want to work at these fast food chains, but the "minorities" will. So, I can understand the frustration with the customers as well as the staff. Therefore, I had to learn the concept "To err is human to forgive is divine." We are all struggling in our own way.
