Ordered 2 bowls to go and they mismarked the contents on the outside. They were similar except for the type of meat and beans with one also having sour cream. Ate most of it until we got towards the bottom and realized we were eating the wrong ones. I know they try to serve you quickly but at least be accurate. Agreeing with others of the dirty conditions. There was some kind of sauce spilled on top and inside the glass. Also stuff all over the floor and counters.

Service is horrible. They never have enough people working the line. Even two people in line will take forever. Chipotle is now bottom tier.

Somehow without failure they always somehow mess up the order. They workers always seem to have an attitude and don’t really attend to the customers in a respectful manner. I’ve door dashed from here many time and they always seem to have an attitude with me an other dashers like us picking up orders ruins their shift. They also always forget items on a frequent basis and not little things but crucial components of one’s orders for an example I ordered 2 burrito bowls and they somehow not only forgot my second one but just didn’t make it correct at all and still put my name on the order. If you want chipotle I’d suggest going to the other on right up the street at 3371 U.S. Rte 1, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648, better service, better environment.

Quesadilla online order only??? Dumbest thing ever!! I wait in line then told I have to pull out my phone to order a quesadilla. Now I’m here for 20 minutes when you could have took my order. Then they ask for a tip for the workers that refused to take my order to begin with. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS WORLD??? Take it off the menu if you don’t want to make them…
