  Past times I’ve been this has been a good shop. Today, they gave me the wrong drink (checked the label before I said something incase it was my mistake, it wasn’t). Only they fix it no issue. Wait for the donut I ordered. Nothing. See the lady who served me wander off, ok maybe she’s getting bags or something. Nope. Stood there until another lady asks me if I need something. Yes, waiting on the donut. Other lady comes back and gets it. They weren’t rude, just need some Dunkin’ to get going it seems. Oh and the floor was so sticky.

  They constantly run out of donuts. I ordered 2 dozens over the app for pick up. When I got there they told to come again next day because they are out of donuts. Do they really think I ordered 24 donuts because I need them next day??? Instead of finding any other good solution or a way to refund the money they charged for items they don’t have, they told me it’s not their problem, it’s between me and the app. What service is that? Even though this is by far the closest Dunkin’ store to my home, I will never order from this again. And I recommend anyone who “needs” donuts to also avoid this store to not run any trouble. I ordered on 2/28/2026 around 5pm in case management cares. Update: to be fair and complete the picture, after I called the Dunkin’ hotline and complained, I got a call from the store manager telling me I can come by and get the refund. So in the end I got my money refunded. The takeaway for the store is to train their staff better. The refund process was quick and seemed very straightforward. If they had just told me I can come back next day and get the refund, it would have been a completely different experience than saying “we cannot refund this, it’s not our problem, it’s between you and the app”. Also, I would have appreciated an apology for this whole annoyance.

  They usually get my order correct, though the donuts are often not all the right ones. This is to be expected, however, so I have pretty much no complaints! I love their food and the specialty donuts (such as the spider) are great. The online app always meets expectations.
