I tried every so often to come Here cause it’s closer to me but it’s not even worth it . Rather keep driving an extra 20 minutes to another location than wait and still have my order wrong . The workers always seem so clueless and slow . For this to be a fast place I’ve seen busier locations with better service and better quality coffee !!!

Today I got a sandwich that had very discolored eggs that had a sour smell to them. I’m not sure how no one noticed this while making the sandwich but this is my last straw and will not be trusting this Dunkin anymore.

To the owner, have your employees at least pretend they want to be there. Re-enforce the importance of listening to the people paying for your product not the conversation with the other employee.
