  Duncan is officially off my list of places to go for coffee. I just went into the store at 560 route 23 in pompton plains, New Jersey and again the employee tried to short me by explaining they have no pennies. I requested that she provide me correct change even if it meant that the store lost a few pennies. She complied but was clearly annoyed. On average if they get $2 to $03 off of every customer who comes into their store they are booking the general public. Hundreds of thousands of dollars. Corporate doesn't seem to care. Their phone number does not work. After they sell my review. They said that they would be having the store manager reach out to me and that never happened. I am no longer a customer there.

  This place has gone down hill tremendously. Just ordered a hot coffee with a little milk, a Bacon, egg, and CHEDDAR CHEESE croissant, and hashbrowns. The sandwich came with american cheese and thankfully I had checked in the line to see if it was correct because I had the same problem last time. After driving off, I popped half cooked hashbrowns in my mouth that were partially cold. After getting home and feeling very agitated, I sipped my coffee to realize there was added sweetener in it that I never asked for!! Avoid this place if you can. Terrible. coffee came with a vanilla swirl

  When ordering coffee, it is customary for the customer to specify how they prefer their drink prepared. However, when I politely asked the lady for more milk in my coffee, she responded in an unprofessional manner, murmuring under her breath. Girl if you feeling tired, it would have been more appropriate to take a break rather than treat a customer disrespectfully!

  I went in today at 3pm. This guy was all by himself, but he was social and outgoing. I worked at Dunkin for over 10 years, and I have to say that this employee made my food perfectly, all while keeping the store clean. He even gave me a few extra munchkins in my order for waiting. Wish he didn't have to be alone, since there was a bit of a line forming. This store only gets lower stars for how depressing the inside looks with Dunkin's "new" millennial grey themeing. Otherwise, this employee deserves some recognition (if you can find out who it was, sorry!)
