Janet knows my girls by name and is always so happy to see them. She is the BEST! I walked in one day after school to grab my daughter’s backpack and there were so many kids all over this place. I can understand that a customer would see this as a negative, but as a parent, I am so happy the kids in town have a warm place to get a snack and hang after school. Thank you to the entire staff at this location! You are the BEST!

I asked for a matcha and asked for a salted caramel cold foam as I’ve gotten here before. She said we don’t do that and I mentioned someone just did that about two weeks ago and her response was “well not today” rudely. She then rudely was like hello?! As I was clearly thinking on what I wanted to do. I cancelled the entire order and will never be back.
