- DLDave LucasJan 16, 20261.0This lady just today on Friday early morning has no idea how to pour coffee. When you request your coffee to be a bit darker they told me months ago to ask for “3” milk in lieu of “5” milk which I guess is DD Normal for an extra large coffee but even at “5” is like drinking hot milk with little coffee. Take the order down right when I say “3” milk is what the customer is requesting. If you don’t understand, ask!! Also fill the cup up to the top and not 3/4 full. My god, you can’t even do that right. I have complained about this one lady many times and when I go there, I pray she’s not working that early shift.

Janet knows my girls by name and is always so happy to see them. She is the BEST! I walked in one day after school to grab my daughter’s backpack and there were so many kids all over this place. I can understand that a customer would see this as a negative, but as a parent, I am so happy the kids in town have a warm place to get a snack and hang after school. Thank you to the entire staff at this location! You are the BEST!

I told her everything bagel toasted with cream cheese she makes a bagel without toasting it I tell her it needs to be toasted she then turns around takes bagel and Heats it in microwave and doesn't toast it, when I get the bag I realize it wasn't toasted it was heated in the microwave she deliberately did that!! just to get me out of the way unprofessional very bad service!!
