  Stopped for some French fries before going to the casino and the kid that was at the window and gave us our food touched the inside of his nose, and then gave us our food. Not sure if he dished our fries or not but I can't eat the $4.50 fry so what a waste of money. It's all about personal hygiene. If he did that on front of us, what does he do behind the scenes.

  Some days are worse than others. Always expect to wait a long time. Some of the staff are horrible. But some are amazing one female manager I always enjoy seeing. She’s so nice. And definitely started a thing with the warm cookies with my son and even me haha ever since then she always gives us them fresh soft and warm. However she is about the only one that takes the time to do that. It shows she goes the extra step for customers, however, all of the staff should do so like today for example I got the cookies you could tell that they probably were putting in the microwave because they were hard. I asked for fresh ones. The lady said that they would drop some about 510 minutes ago behind nothing so I say something and then I watched them grab the same cookies that I already asked for different ones and they went to put them in the microwave so I said something again I said I don’t want the same cookies so the young man he did make fresh ones and he didn’t have an attitude about it, which is a plus because a lot of the times when stuff like that happens, they will get an attitude, but he didn’t. He made fresh ones gave them to me and Was still very polite. The food is definitely a hit or miss the fries are either extremely cold or fresh and hot. It’s really never in between. other food items aren’t too bad but for the most part, it’s kind of the same thing. It’s either a hit or miss. I would probably say about three stars just because it’s not always a pleasant experience. It just depends on who is working truthfully I’ve had some absolute amazing experiences and then I’ve had a few not good experiences.

  Got dinner for me n kids. Service fast food hot. N kids were happy. Thats the most important part

  Why are your employees so rude and ignorant!!!! I bought a large meal for my monploy stickers and she's gave me a problem this is super uncalled for and then closed the windows on me!!!
