  i tried to order at the front she said use the kiosk then it took 15 minutes for my donut and i get all the way home to realize it’s the wrong donut,this is unacceptable

  The service sucks I had been waiting for near ten minutes for my order and kept getting please wait till I got sick of it and left. Even some explanation would be nice.

  I’ve stopped by the Dunkin in Pleasantville on several occasions and usually order an Iced Green Tea. The flavor and freshness are consistently good, which is why I continue to come back from time to time. I’ve always used the drive-thru, and service is typically fast and friendly, though there have been a few visits where the interaction could have been a bit warmer. While I haven’t been inside the store, the outside of the property is generally clean. That said, there have been a couple of instances where panhandlers were present on the property, which was a bit off-putting. Overall, this Dunkin is a fairly consistent stop for a quick drink. Nothing particularly stands out, but it usually gets the job done when you’re looking for something reliable.
