They called me saying they were out of sausage because the truck was late. Fine, things happen. I said okay to bacon instead. The guy said he’d throw in a free pastry for the inconvenience. Cool. I work 7 minutes away and my order was delayed six different times. It took a whole hour to get to me. They sent me a $5 coupon, which I appreciated, but when the food finally came… it was a mess. First of all, no pastry. Not even in the bag. Then I open my sandwich and it’s literally two super thin pieces of bacon cut in half. I couldn’t even taste the bacon — it was basically an egg and cheese on a thick Asiago bagel. I waited an hour for that? They didn’t have what I ordered, the “replacement” was sad, they forgot the pastry they promised, and delivery took forever for a 7-minute distance. I’m honestly really disappointed. The whole thing was just not it.
