- RRRajNov 16, 20251.0I used to work here for years. So I know how things are supposed to be done. I came here 2 times in the past week to overpay for hotdogs and burgers. First time i ordered a cheese dog and i didnt open my food til I got home, no cheese, which I payed extra for. Second time I just went today. Ordered a patty melt, mind you there was NO ONE in there. Peanut crumbs all over the tables for one and two, the manager himself made my burger. The bun was as black as tar, completely overcooked bun, I ate the burger because I paid $10 for a 1 patty burger and I was hungry, but obviously management has gone completely downhill while prices have skyrocketed. Gotta do better for charging that much.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
