I am a rewards member and have been for over 2 years. No other Wendy's I've visited ever had a problem with me using my rewards points to get food except this one. They tried to charge me for the food even though my points covered it. When I tried to explain to them I was using my points, they rolled their eyes and even the manager walked away from me when I asked to speak to her. This experience has put a bad taste in my mouth and I will be seeking damages for the way I was treated. No one should have to deal with this level of unprofessional behavior when you are supposedly a "valued customer ". I have been a customer representative for over 20 years and this behavior is uncalled for. If I could give negative stars for this restaurant, I would.
