    Don't wait for the cashier if you go inside they're too busy doing Uber Eats and kiosk orders before they even look at anyone to register an order.

    Very bad experience overall ,did not give me the correct order then talked shit about it in "Español"(i understand "Español") obviously they do not care about there customers .

    They never havd enough food ready... they constantly make you wait in the parking lot to get your order even though you already are waiting in the drive thru for a long time... its really inconvenient because it's a busy street.

    They have a very poor disposition when it comes to customer service. They were rude and didn't care about what I wanted. I am a rewards member and have been for over 2 years. No other Wendy's I've visited ever had a problem with me using my rewards points to get food except this one. They tried to charge me for the food even though my points covered it. When I tried to explain to them I was using my points, they rolled their eyes and even the manager walked away from me when I asked to speak to her. This experience has put a bad taste in my mouth and I will be seeking damages for the way I was treated. No one should have to deal with this level of unprofessional behavior when you are supposedly a "valued customer ". I have been a customer representative for over 20 years and this behavior is uncalled for. If I could give negative stars for this restaurant, I would.
