  Placed order at 2:30. Took over 4 hours for a delivery only 1 mile away. Store did not pick up phone when I called them after 2 hours had passed to cancel. Driver left the store at 5:10 according to the app and then proceeded to park at apartments down the street and stay there for almost an hour, then drove all over the place before finally driving to my location. When he finally arrived around 6:40 Driver was rude, said it was not his problem, laughed about it and said I can just call the store because its not his problem. Called the store again multiple times, finally when they picked up they immediately hung up. Food was ice cold and soggy as if it had been sitting out for a long time, disgusting and inedible. Called back again and was hung up on. Have not been able to talk to anyone at the store regarding this and the driver or staff have not properly logged the delivery as having been delivered which prevents me from using the app to deal with this issue. Worst store I have ever had to deal with, and based on other reviews here it seems these problems are common.
