But i went at 11am and they said we are closed and they also said we close at 12. Authorities should take serious action regarding this type of ridiculous and unpleasant staff.

They put in a two scoop cup. Syrup all over the side. They slid the two scoop cup across the counter. And then attempted to put it into a three scoop cup. So all the germs that were on the counter are now inside my cup. Horrible just plain horrible.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
