  I don’t ever write reviews but this is the 2nd time i’ve ordered cheese fries from here online and have not received cheese on them. I choose cheese fries and when I receive the bag of food it says on the ticket, no shredded cheese and no cheese sauce? Mind you, there’s no option on the site for me to choose to put them on, only the option to take them off.

  I placed an order at Wendy’s a couple days ago and it was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve had. There was a woman who helped me gave me a serious attitude for no reason. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told she wasn’t available. This location clearly needs better management and proper customer service training. I won’t be returning unless major improvements are made. I will be contacting corporate.

  nuggets a la carte do not come with sauce be prepared to pay 50 cents per sauce packet and theres no sign posted on windows dont know if they pick and choose when to charge people ** better off going to Wendys on Oak tree road **
