- ELEthan Lim6 days ago1.0Bought 50 wing pack, they forgot to give 10 of them (forgot an entire flavor). I called and 3 times I was told I was wrong and that they had included those missing wings, while I had the order open in front of me and counted the wings to them. Finally they said they’d refund me, 5 days later no refund. Called several times before getting through, and finally get through to the manager who said they’ll refund. Still haven’t gotten any refund. Terrible service.

I don’t have it often but whenever I do I will definitely make it to this one!!

We placed an order for yesterday at 1:00 pm to pick up by 5:30 for the superbowl. We didn’t begin to even consider how long the wait/volume of people would be before ordering which to be fair we probably should have considered it’d be slightly backed up and it was, heavily. The workers genuinely were doing their best. They had a gentleman outside in the cold trying to handle the crowd and call out orders and I give him all the credit in the world because it’s not easy. The woman inside were trying to do everything they could, but obviously they couldn’t control what was going on. The food at this restaurant is overall good. It’s a wingstop. Let’s not go crazy. It’s not steakhouse food. Overall, yes they could’ve prepared better based on the volume but they weren’t and unfortunately it happens as much as it sucked to wait for so long. I got a call from Dre, who was very kind in assisting with our refund for our order. He apologized and told me to call him back if our refund wasn’t in my account in the next few days. I appreciate you, Dre.

It’s clear from the many other 1 star reviews that no one actually cares here (the manager shrugged and nodded in agreement when I said as much) so I won’t waste time providing feedback no one is actually listening to. Just trust the 1 stars and order somewhere else.
- SFS FordFeb 8, 20261.07 degrees cold outside... Superbowl Sunday... Super slow WingStop Piscataway. Poor Customer Service. 1.5 hour wait after order pick up time and still my order was not ready. If you know you are unable to accommodate high volume for your online ordering system then you should have a cut off time. Your business will fail royally from poor planning. Went to Wingstop in Edison and received my order as soon as I drove there from Piscataway 👀
