Before I could even finish speaking, she cut me off with “give me a second” and then called out my order. When I explained they were mine and that I like them extra crunchy, she snatched the bag back, shook her head, and put them in the oven. Once finished, she tossed them into the bag and threw them onto the counter without eye contact or a single word! I still said thank you and wished her a nice day, but the interaction felt dismissive. I think this location could really benefit from some extra customer service training to make guests feel more welcome.
