I ordered a custom printed birthday cake design *a month in advance*, and they completely botched it. The image I submitted was purple with orange accents -- it came out turquoise with yellow. The staff tried to brush it off "Oh, it was supposed to be purple...? Sorry about that..." The manager said she'd told the owner to stop accepting these orders bc their printer can't print any red tones -- but they accepted my order anyway, didn't warn me, and refused to try to get it corrected even though the party wasn't until the next day. They wouldn't even TRY to contact another BR location that could have printed it properly. This caused unnecessary stress and left us with an ugly cake as the centerpiece of a special day. Completely careless and avoidable. Btw - The frosting was also the wrong color and poorly piped. I'm sure their non-custom cakes also look sloppy.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
