- KNKRIS NETFL1 day ago1.0#####Not a Neighborhood-Friendly Coffee Shop### Horrible and Worst Staff and No Customer Focus or Support ### I am a regular customer at this coffee shop... After one of my recent visits, I thought I may have left my wallet at the Stelton Road Dunkin Donuts shop and approached the staff to ask them to check for it. They said it was not in the shop. I then asked them to check the camera for any clues, but they said they don't have access to the camera and were pushing me to come tomorrow morning, as the owner will come at 4:30 AM and is the only one with access to the camera. The staff was very reluctant to call the owner to get access and check the camera. How can they ask the customer to come next day morning @4:30 AM to find the missing wallet? At that point, given how they responded, I realized they are not neighborhood-friendly and do not care about customer issues. This shows How important a customer is to the staff and the owner of the shop How much do they care for a customer? If the police come, will the owner still not come to show the camera? The owner of the shop should take responsibility for these kinds of issues, ensure they do not repeat , and improve customer service.

I was then overcharged 4$ by the cashier which they used my entire gift card and an extra 2$ from my card to total too 22$ in which I should've only been charged 18$ . In the location, you will see an overrun receipt machine with like 15 receipts stuck inside that aren't being given to the customer when they ask for it. DO NOT COME HERE!!!
