  The parking lot is TERRIBLE. The delivery driver should be parking in the BACK and not blocking every customer that comes in to pick their food up.

  “Horrible” doesn’t explain it nearly enough. I placed an order on the app close to 7:30 p.m. I checked on my order status at 8:30 p.m. and it said “preparing”. I checked again at 9 p.m. and surprise surprise it was still “preparing”. I contacted the store, was on hold for 10 minutes, and no manager answered. I am convinced there is no manager at this store. It is now 9:45 p.m. and still no food, no refund, no update. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with incompetence and order from elsewhere. Update: order arrived at 10:15 pm… it was cold and they got the order wrong… needless to say, I am not going to be ordering from here again and will be reporting this

  Ordered 3 pizzas and a soda. Sent the wrong soda, which I would let slide, not the end of the world, but one of my pizzas was made without cheese. Double checked my order and the order asked for cheese. Called and sat on hold, no one ever answered.
