    The coffee is awesome my breakfast sandwich was not that hot and I believe it was under some kind of warming station it had a taste and smell from the warmer

    I go here all the time last 2 times I went I asked for liquid sugar I got nothing second time they put too much then I asked for a separate box of tea I just brought a box a week ago and it was $6.99 this week they said $10 went to another spot and got it for $6.99. I won't be going back to this establishment again and I will tell my friends abd coworkers not too as well..

    I went to this Dunkin Donuts on July 6th and decided I was going to refill my Dunkin Donuts Card for $25 I already had $1.43 on the card so that made it $26.46 well the next day I go to another Dunkin Donuts to use my card and I order a drink and I give my card and they told me I owed money how can that be I have $26.43 on my card they said no you only have $1.43 on your card so now I have to pay cash for my item. Then I had to go to the original Dunkin Donuts that I reloaded my card on which is on Erial Road in Pine Hill.The manager there [ Bill ] listen to my story and tells me well there's really nothing he can do about this are you trying to tell me that I'm just out of $25 he said no call card services because it's on them. I call card services they tell my story. They said you put $25 on your card at 9:59 a.m. and at 10:01 a.m. somebody delete my $25 out so that's why I only had $1.43 are you saying someone stole my $25 no that's not what I'm saying someone probably made a mistake and voided it out. But you will be hearing from someone from that store a manager or general manager to resolve the problem within 2 business days. No one got back in touch with me in 2 business days. I call Card Services again cuz now this was one week pass no one got in touch. Card service said no one called you they will be sending out a second notices and this will be resolved. Sorry For your inconvenience the manager or general manager will reach out to you.The manager and I was playing phone tag back and forth finally I talked to the manager he said what can I do to resolve this? Bill [mgr] I could give you stuff I don't want stuff I want my $25. That's what you can do for me sir gave me my $25. Made an appointment for Tuesday 7/20 I go into the store sit there for like 20-25 minutes Bill [mgr] never respond or never said wait a minute to be honest he was doing an interview or some sort but he still could have said wait because he seen me. After sitting there for like 25 minutes I was like I'm out of here.Bill [ mgr] comes to my truck as I'm trying to get in and was like oh I don't know the whole story but I want you as a valued customer[ no sir I'm done] but I have your $25 in my pocket the whole time. My general manager the head of the store didn't want to resolve the situation. Not going back to this store ever again done done some one stole my $25 and it took me two weeks to get it back bad customer service
