- SSsalenaApr 1, 20261.0I called at 9:37am on Wed April 1, 2026. Called to asked about a promo going on, and to inquire about stock on an item since sometimes the app isn’t accurate…Dude had no idea what I was talking about for the promo that was active at every single store, then as I was about to ask about the item, he says “oh no manager here sorry I busy” and hangs up in the middle of my sentence…I called again and said “hey I just called I was trying to ask a question and you blew me off and hung up on me….” Idk what he said back. But said something g about “sorry no manager here” an then hung up again. Had to call a third time. Terrible….at least be able to communicate with your customers if you’re going to have a business and be RESPECTFUL

When I opened my bagel it had black flakes all over the top and piece of a napkin STUCK to the bottom half of the bagel. Didn't even eat it and the drink tastes off. This is not the first time I've had issues like this at this location. Just go to Starbucks, pricier but cleaner.
