Used to come here often because it is closest to my house and stopped for a while because they kept messing up my coffee. I've gone back 3 times since pumpkin spice was released. The first time I ordered my PSL there was no pumpkin, the 2nd time they added a bunch of salt to it which is just weird and gross, most recently I went to the counter to order and instead of giving me a PSL they apparently charged me for and made the pumpkin signature latte which is more expensive and has a bunch of other stuff in it instead of the regular PSL, I did not want the Signature Latte which is totally different. They also refuse refunds when you reach out to them. If you order here, make sure you have time to confront them in person about re making your incorrect coffee and hope they do it right the second time.
