    Third week in a row latte machine is broken with no idea when it’ll be fixed. Coffee here is never right and you can taste the filth off the machines as if they’re never been cleaned. Everything here is dingy and sloppy

    Ever since a few months ago when the only White person working there was fired for spending too much time talking to customers, the place went down hill! I gave them one last chance today, I was sorry I did! I asked for my Ice cappuccino with whole milk and regular sugar. I then asked the person with a heavy accent to BLEND it. I got my drink it tasted terrible and was just over ice cubes… Not BLENDED but full of SPLENDA!!! my food was handled immediately after touching my cash with no gloves changed, so I told them they can keep it. The guy actually yelled at me trying to tell me his gloves are clean enough!! This is officially my very last time walking into this location!

    I used to every day while the tall guy was working there, it used to be great service we would talk sports and politics while he was preparing my food and coffee for my employees. based on my calculations i would spend at least 1450$ a month in this location. Now he was let go for talking to customers and the current staff barely says hello, food is too hot or too cold, staff don’t know how to make a cup of coffee! We now go to a different location. Lesson here is value the good employees!

    Good morning I needed to launch a complaint about my experience at your store this morning (9/10/25 815 am). While normally your store is excellent, employees are extremely friendly and helpful, and my order is usually processed quickly, that unfortunately was not the case this morning. I on the Dunkin app and was reviewing your current offers and came across the offer for 6 donuts for three dollars with the purchase of a drink. I selected the offer and the app took me to the mobile order screen. I proceeded to order my breakfast and noticed that the offer had not been applied. When I arrived at the store, I stood at the counter to ask about the offer for 6 donors for three dollars with the purchase of a drink (and explain explain That I had already purchased a drink through my mobile order). There was no attendant at the counter. I heard one of the employees (who had processed my mobile order) calling my name. I was trying to get his attention but Evidently, he did not hear me. I walked over by the mobile order counter, that employee told me that I had to ask the boss about the offer. When I asked the employee in charge about the offer, he told me that I would have to wait in line behind two other customers who had arrived after me at the regular counter. Even though I was the first customer at the counter a few minutes before, I proceeded to wait line. I waited in line as the manager in charge was processing the orders as he was taking them. When I got to the counter he told me that I needed to purchase a drink in order for me to receive the offer. Honestly I would have purchased another drink if I had received better customer service beforehand. I place mobile orders as a convenience. I’m normally in and out of the store within 2 minutes; not today. I was in your store for more than 10 minutes and walked away completely unsatisfied. I am a nurse and do understand that things can get a little hectic at times but an I’m very sorry let me see how I can fix this goes a long way
