  I've tried to get dinner from the drive thru here several times over the past 3 weeks. I have never once been able to place an order. Every single time I show up to the drive thru there's nobody in line waiting, there's nobody in the store in line, I'm the only person here however I spend 15+ plus minutes waiting for someone to even acknowledge my existence at the speaker let alone ask me to patiently wait. Last night I sat for 15 min behind someone who was also waiting for the workers to take his order before I even pulled up the worker proceeded to tell him they were out of many condiments and items he tried to order. When he completed his order and I pulled up to the speaker: absolute silence. No greeting and no acknowledgement, I sat for 10 min more waiting to place my order even saying "hello?" "Is anyone there?". After a further 15 min of waiting (nearly 25 min total) and idling my car I just pulled off without placing an order. Why do you prioritize mobile orders over those of people actually there at the store? This location absolutely sucks and I hope the franchisee loses the location they can't run a business to save themselves

  not very nice customer service, waited in line for 10 minutes for someone to take our order with being the only one in line. food was not that good. fries were stale and the chicken burger was so hard and gross.

  Ordered twice, never again, they never give the full order and never tell you they didn't give everything. I'm sick of paying for nothing, take it off your menu if you don't have the items. I ordered a baked potato with cheese sour cream and chives i got fries with cheese barely melted. Should allow for Zero stars they don't deserve even 1 in my book.

  Honestly 0/10 place is never good. Always have to wait long for food. Never clean.

  Absolutley awful. Terrible service. Horrible wait time. Rude employees. Just tear this place down and give us a Chick-Gil-a or Cane’s - one of the worst experiences ever!
