  Thought I would try it again after a failed attempt a few months back. Went today and order a baked potato, and was told they are out of potato's. Okay, I thought let's roll with it and order a number 1 meal. The burger was cold, the drink was warm. This place needs to close.

  This Wendy’s is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to staff was rude. After messing up my order twice food was ice cold cause they can’t mess up my order and then they got mad at me when I asked for pepper salt, and ketchup, the kind of whatsoever.

  This place gives Wendy's a bad name they need to replace their management immediately if they want to stay in business. Was very excited when I heard Wendy's was coming to my area only to be disappointed by long drive-thru lines and super slow service. The employees at the drive-thru could care less don't bother putting straws or napkins in your takeout bags either. Took forever to get food even though there was only one car in front of me. By the time I got my food it was cold. Please do something about this place we wanted to succeed but you need new management and employees for that to happen also probably nothing you could do about this but the entrance sucks as you can't get into it right off the highway and you have to cut through the back of shammy shine and car wash to get in on a dead end cul-de-sac strange entry indeed.

  Long wait in drive through and recieved the wrong food twice. Server name Mateo charged my card 2 times incorrectly and said he issued me a refund but I did not receive the refund. I went inside to talk to the manager only to find out this kid was the manager. He called someone her name was Shaniqua and she told me I had to wait 2 days to receive a refund for them charging me 2 times incorrectly. Frustrated and went home only to find the food was still wrong amd my bank account was charged 2 times for 25 and 35 dollars. Poorly run buisness and managers treat customers poorly. This is a very poorly run buisness.

  This was definitely an experience NOT A GOOD ONE! We went there with some friends and my lanta we waited like 30 min for our food, one of us waited an HOUR at least to get the food. They repeated the orders like 2 times. The only good thing was the food and the pretty place.
