    03/03/2026 - Placed an order at the kiosk for dine in for two meals, one being a Son of Baconator. When our food was ready we were given it to go instead of on a tray and the employee told us they were out of bacon, but they made our burger anyway. They just made a regular burger without bacon, half the price of what we paid. We asked why we weren’t told they were out of bacon but the employee just kept repeating they were out. Why was the database for the kiosk not updated? There were no signs saying they were out either. No employee came out to say they were out and offer us a refund or even some other food option either. While we were trying to get answers, another employee just walked up and stared at us while we asked about it, offering no other help, and no manager bothered to intervene. To top it off, the burger was cold and the fries were stale. They weren’t even busy - we were the only ones inside, one car in drive thru when we arrived, and a couple pickup orders were there. We’re extremely disappointed by this as we love Wendy’s but this place seems to just be awfully managed based on the other reviews here (which we should have read before dining here). Definitely will not be back.

    The most unpleasant place to eat! No customer service, no one ask about our orders, no attention, after waiting we decided to order at the kiosk, no paper to print the receipt. The bathroom was so nasty, I have a little daughter with me, I couldn’t take her to the bathroom, so dirty . First time we experience so bad customer service, no one ware gloves , and dealing with money , this place should be close inmidiately 😡

    Three times, three strikes. Order has not been correct once. On one occasion, upon going back to have the forgotten items of our order given to us, they proceeded to give us the wrong items still. The workers hired here are incompetent, rude, and careless. Absolutely bottom of the barrel employees. You can have absolutely no expectations whatsoever. The only thing that could improve this place is to bring back the same construction company hired to build it, to now make it not exist. Please, please, please just close this location. Make the neighborhood a better place, filled with less disappointment. Plant trees, build another park, a retention pond, LITERALLY ANYTHING but leave this house of horrors standing.

    Placed an order on the mobile app way ahead of time to pick it up in drive thru, my husband went to pick it up and the lady at the window was very nasty. My husband also had to go back in twice because they didnt give us over half the order and messed up his burger, and no side condiments like our sauces and the sour cream. Complained they were "having a bad day".

    Almost a year this place has been open and it’s still terrible. Lack of qualified management and poor training. Inconsistent food quality, service and no attention to detail. No ice, no utensils, no toilet paper, no Ketchup and many soft serve drink options unavailable. Don’t waste your time. 2/20/26
