Very poor hygiene is practiced in this restaurant. Dirty trays are left on the tables. They dont wipe down their tables down. Food is cold and kitchen area looks very diry. Sometimes there are no napkins or lids for drinks. Overall very unpleasant atmosphere. Eat here at your own risk.

Waited over 20 minutes in store for an online I placed 20 minutes prior, just for it to be sitting out behind the counter. Needed my fries remade bc no one is eating cold baconator fries. Waste of time they don’t know what they’re doing here. No one even asked if i was picking up. Ended up waiting in line anyways

Service was average, but the food was disappointing. The fries were soggy, lukewarm, and bland. The sodas were basically straight syrup with no carbonation. The value just wasn’t there at all — I ordered a Son of a Baconator combo that came out to about $12, and the burger looked closer to the size of a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger and was somehow still lukewarm. The portion sizes overall were a joke. On top of that, the restaurant itself wasn’t great. There were very few tables to begin with, and the ones that were there were unclean. Judging by the smudged windows, the place clearly isn’t being cleaned regularly. I know it’s fast food, but I hold Wendy’s to a higher standard — and this completely missed the mark.

The food is horrible! I don't understand its the 3rd time I've been and its always the same. Why open a restaurant and not have your food be excellent. This is why business around here don't last! I really have always loved wendys but now im going with McDonald's right down the street from Wendy's.

Fast-food restaurants are expected to provide quick service, consistent quality, and a clean environment, but my nearby Wendy’s often struggles to meet these basic standards. While Wendy’s as a brand is known for its fresh ingredients and reliable menu, this particular location feels like an exception. Each visit reveals new issues that make the dining experience frustrating and disappointing. These recurring problems show how important good management, communication, and customer service are for any restaurant to function well. One major issue is the slow and disorganized service. Even during times when the restaurant is not busy, the wait time for food can be surprisingly long. Customers often end up standing in line without being acknowledged, or waiting at the counter while employees try to figure out missing orders. This lack of coordination makes what should be a quick stop feel like an unnecessary ordeal. Fast-food restaurants are built on efficiency, so slow service is one of the biggest signs of dysfunction. Another problem is the inconsistency in the food itself. Some days the food seems fresh and well-made, while other days it can be cold, sloppy, or missing items entirely. Mistakes like leaving out sauces, giving the wrong sandwich, or forgetting drinks happen far more often than they should. These repeated errors make it hard for customers to trust that they’ll get what they paid for. A restaurant’s quality depends on its ability to deliver the same good product every time, and this Wendy’s rarely does. Cleanliness is also a noticeable issue. Tables may stay dirty long after customers leave, trash cans get overfilled, and the drink station can look messy or unkept. Cleanliness is one of the simplest things a restaurant can control, yet walking in often feels like stepping into a space that hasn’t been maintained. A clean environment shows respect for customers, so the lack of basic upkeep adds to the sense that the restaurant is not being managed well. In conclusion, the nearby Wendy’s shows how dysfunctional a restaurant can become when service, food quality, and cleanliness are not consistently prioritized. While Wendy’s as a chain has a solid reputation, this location struggles to meet the expectations that come with the brand. If the restaurant focused on training, organization, and better management, it could easily improve. Until then, many customers will keep leaving disappointed—or choosing to go elsewhere entirely.
