This is the a absolute slowest Wendy's or fast food chain I've ever experienced. You can order an online order 20 minutes before you get there and still have to wait another 25 mins to receive the order once you arrive. I've tried to be patient and allow them time to work through their growing pains but unfortunately it's terrible. Then once you get your food they will charge you for honey mustard and put up a drink about it. Budget yourself a good 50 minutes if you want to eat here. Th

I picked up a $30 online order 11/15/25 and I was asked to pull up to the pick up spot ahead of the drive thru.
I waited maybe 6-7 minutes but let me tell you the sweetest girl came to bring me my bags and she was such a gem. My partner had ordered 4 frosty’s! I could hardly believe it because he never does that. The employee had to go back inside to get the other 2 frosty’s. That was when I noticed another male employee met her halfway at the door to hand them off to her. I was already walking towards them both because it had suddenly started to rain out of nowhere. Like nowhere. Anyway the point of my story is this. My order was HUGE. Wendy’s got it right 👏 the frosty’s were correct 👍 and I hope you guys at Wendy’s see this comment. It is possible to work like a team and support one another.
My kids gobbled that food up.

The neighborhood could only get better if this place closes down. I have never seen a more dysfunctional food.Establishment in my life and I am in my forties. And i've worked in dysfunctional food establishments. After waiting over twenty minutes for the order for me and my wife, which was cold because it took so long.My chicken sandwich was wrong. So nicely, I brought it back, waited.Another ten minutes for them to figure out what no tomato and no mayonnaise means on a regular chicken sandwich. If I were to tell you how many times they asked me what I did not want on the sandwich. And I had to repeat no tomato and no mayo I almost think this was a tv show joke. The only one who's working in there is the girl at the drive through window who actually seems to take her job.Seriously. The rest of the staff look around cluelessly have no idea what's going on.The wait time is beyond ridiculous. The two managers came out joking around with each other. As there's a line of people waiting for their food completely ignoring the negligence of their employees. I feel like this wendy's hired everyone that could not get hired at walmart. Wendy's, corporate. If you read this review, do better fire everyone in there.Or you're going to give your establishment a bad name. The only one that deserves her job is the girl at the window who actually did a very good job.But I will never return to this just like every other review on here. This place is a disaster. It can only get better if it closes down. And shame on the managers for seeing a line of people waiting and not looking at the employee's, just joking around. And cursing a lot profanity all over the place. While there are at least seven customers waiting for their food for over fifteen minutes, each. Not only will I not go to this.Wendy's, i'm not going to any other wendy's.That's how bad this experience was.

I do not understand what is happening here. The worst Fastfood service I've ever witnessed. On the on hand, the employees look happy, on the other - its because they are not working... AT ALL. There is no seriousness, so enthusiasm, no professionalism. Everyday for 6 months I've been ready for this location to open. This is my exit, my light, my jughandle. What a disappointment. 20 minutes in the drivethrough behind a car before their order was taken at 4pm on a Tuesday. 15 for me before I gave up. I gave it a second shot Thursday at 7pm and it was worse. Went inside and was ignored. CLEAR THIS HOUSE

Was very excited when this location opened but this is my 2nd time coming and I was not happy either time. I dont blame the workers - I 100% blame the
Management and ownership for not providing enough training. Both times I was here the employees themselves were very friendly and nice. To me it is clear as day that they need more training, quality training. If all the complaints are about the food orders being wrong and the very long waits it is because the employees were not shown the proper way to do things. My guess is that you rushed everyone through training so that you can hurry up and open. Actually its not my guess - its clear that is what happened here when I and others waited 30-40 min for their food. Wendys is supposed to be fast food and convenient but waiting 40 minutes for food is neither fast or convenient .... and then after dealing with the long wait both times I open my bag and everything except the drink was wrong. This is a TRAINING issue. This is a MANAGEMENT Issue. Its in a great location and has the potential to bring in alot of money but not if u dont come in and get these people trained better. 40 minutes in a drive through not once but twice is just unacceptable
