Reached out to customer support and all we got was an apology. Nothing about actually addressing the issues at hand. Call your soda person, have them fix the ratio and ask your staff to add some more salt. I will add that the staff was nice and tried to help but this is definitely more of a management issue. And please don’t give me another sorry, thank you.

And to top it all off, the fries were cold when it took less than 5 minutes to get from the store to my house. Never will go here again, it really got worse from when I was younger.
- JGJersey GalOct 14, 20255.0I have been coming to this McDonald's for many years and always use the drive-thru. My favorite is their Chicken McNuggets. Their hamburgers and fries are also very good. I like the fact that the cheese on my cheeseburger is melted and not just a slice of cold cheese on the burger. The staff and food are outstanding. Consequently, I highly recommend this McDonald's.
