I wish staff wore name plates so I could shout them out. Trash was being emptied on time, floors clean, and staff sounded like they were joking and having a good time back there. Despite it being a Saturday night. Thanks for the positivity 🙏

Instead of taking turns between the two lanes they kept accepting orders from just the right side. So I pulled up to the pay window. I explained what happened to the girl at the window and asked to order my food. She said it’s the policy not to take orders there and explained that she was training someone and he made a mistake. Then she told me I can drive back around and place my order. I asked to see the manager and she said that she is the manager. And said if I drive around again I could order. I’ve never heard of something this ridiculous in my life. I thought I was on impractical jokers. Of course I left. Also while I was waiting there were cars behind me. They left as soon as I pulled up to the window. This is complete incompetence.
