  At drive thru (big bun lady seen smoking outside) we ordered a large hot coffee with French Vanilla Swrl w cream and sugar and med Iced latte with French vanilla Swrl...disappointed to find out I got handed a plain iced latte (absolutely zero flavor 😒 and order said FVS on the sticker) and the hot coffee was overloaded with like all the pumps of french vanilla swrl...we kinda fixed it by dumping some of the hot coffee into my iced latte 😒, but still very unhappy and feel like the only highlight was the espresso machine was working...this time... Didn't have time to turn around once we got on 22 ...

  The service at this Dunkin’ has become really frustrating because of one employee in particular who seems to always be there in the afternoon when I normally get my coffee. She’s easy to recognize by the big bun of hair on her head and large figure, and every time I’ve interacted with her, she’s acted like customers are an inconvenience. She doesn’t say anything outright rude, but the looks, sighs, and attitude make it clear she’d rather you weren’t there at all. What makes it worse is that she’s often outside smoking instead of handling the counter, which leaves customers waiting with no explanation. When she does come back in, it feels like she’s annoyed that anyone expected service. I come to Dunkin’ for quick, simple customer service, but this kind of behavior makes the whole visit uncomfortable. Management really needs to address this kind of behavior.

  We always indulge in our Frozen Mocha drinks here. Service has always been pleasant, and its convenient for us.

  This Dunkin' store has been here for many, many years. It is always very neat and clean. And it is always well stocked and somewhat busy. The staff is very kind, helpful and accommodating. Sometimes I sit at the counter and enjoy my donuts and sometimes I buy several to take home and enjoy. I highly recommend this Dunkin' store. It is easily accessible from Memorial Parkway (Route 22) and is adjacent to the Hillcrest Shopping Center. There is plenty of free parking around the store.

  Not the drive thru attendants fault. Lid on my husband's iced coffee was loose and spilled on his hands. He pulled over trying to figure what was wrong with it. Lid looked warped like it was a manufacturing issue. He went inside to get a new lid.
