Didn't have time to turn around once we got on 22 ...

She’s easy to recognize by the big bun of hair on her head and large figure, and every time I’ve interacted with her, she’s acted like customers are an inconvenience. She doesn’t say anything outright rude, but the looks, sighs, and attitude make it clear she’d rather you weren’t there at all. What makes it worse is that she’s often outside smoking instead of handling the counter, which leaves customers waiting with no explanation. When she does come back in, it feels like she’s annoyed that anyone expected service. I come to Dunkin’ for quick, simple customer service, but this kind of behavior makes the whole visit uncomfortable. Management really needs to address this kind of behavior.

The staff is very kind, helpful and accommodating. Sometimes I sit at the counter and enjoy my donuts and sometimes I buy several to take home and enjoy. I highly recommend this Dunkin' store. It is easily accessible from Memorial Parkway (Route 22) and is adjacent to the Hillcrest Shopping Center. There is plenty of free parking around the store.
