    waited for almost 10-15 minutes to even order my food cause the employee was just scrolling on her phone..a when i was able to order she greeted me with attitude.

    This has been my deli for 20 years. I love the ladies who work there, they are alway so friendly and willing to have a small chat with you. Plus, I know the bagels are brought fresh from New York everyday and they will load you up on the cream cheese! Bagel Shack > Bagel House any day of the week.
