After waiting the full 3 hours, I called — and was told “it’s on the way in 15 minutes.” On top of that, every single time I called, they placed me on hold and never came back to the phone. I spent over an hour and a half trying to reach someone and nobody bothered to answer. Completely unacceptable. Zero communication, zero respect for customers, and terrible management. I will never order from this location again.
