- TWTiffane WynnDec 26, 20251.0I came to the above location today 12/26 for a walk quick coffee. I waited in line it was kind of busy in there. Someone came in after me that apparently one of the workers knew. She asked him his order even though others were in line and started making his drink. I didn’t think anything of it because he still waited in line to pay. He didn’t notice me at first and stood in front of me in line but once I told him I was waiting he got behind me, no problem. She apparently had his coffee ready and was looking for him but he was motioning to her that he needed to pay. He got out of line and gave her his phone. As it was my turn to order the worker who made his coffee took over the register to ring him up and took his phone to pay it. I said something because I was waiting in line and she put his order before mine which is wrong. She said nothing, ignored me, and went on about her work. I left without even getting anything after waiting in line because that is poor customer service. If she wanted to do all that, ring him on a separate register. She literally had the cashier step to the side to take care of that man and thats wrong.
