  If I could give this place 0 stars I absolutely would. I went to buy a cup of ice for my pregnant sister and they told me they couldn’t sell it to me because they’re not allowed. I begged them to charge me for a price of a medium lemonade but just give me only the ice and they still said no. They insisted that they couldn’t do it because their manager was watching the camera. I’m not sure why you can’t sell or even sell me a drink and just give me the ice but thank for stressing out a pregnant lady! Employees are so rude and act like we’re forcing them to work there when they can get another job. They are always out of something!!

  Every time I go to this store, they are out of something and my drink always comes wrong and it comes very messy with coffee spilling out and they still will hand it to you while it’s dripping with coffee. This Dunkin sucks. Staff is rude !

  Very trashy employees the big girl taking orders was very rude and unprofessional. All I did was ask her nicely to remake my drink because it was not the way I usually like it, she proceeds to roll her eyes and turn her back on me and gossip to her other coworker, which was very nasty on so many levels. It took us over 15 minutes in the drive thru line for our order to be complete which was insane ! Look if you don’t want to work in customer service then just quit it’s that simple! This happened around 3:30 pm Thursday. Someone needs to seriously re train that employee or hire better staff! If corporate sees how this Dunkin runs… it’ll be shut down….

  Absolutely horrible service, we stepped in and the dudes behind the counter were obviously on downtime so we saw them stocking or whatever, so we asked a question about a donut and he answered with his back towards us, so I let it go because it’s not a big deal but I felt the weird attitude so then he started giving us attitude as we asked him about the donuts, and rolling his eyes and grabbing them while putting it in the bag and letting the bag fall over treating it like crap I asked him towards the end if he’s feeling alright, he ignored me. It was me and my father in law and my father in law didn’t even want to purchase anything, he wanted to leave. If my gf or his wife was there he would’ve heard their mouths. It was a brown dark skinned big bone mexican or Latino brother; the other one was in the drive through and he was lighter skinned with glasses he was fine he didn’t communicate with us. It’s Saturday October 11 and this happened at around 4:30pm Managers you can get his shift with that info, please talk to this man because I would not want to come back here. Disgusting behavior to nice people.

  Well 1st off the kid has a horrible attitude. That’s a few times, I’ve been there and the kid is just rude. Then I get my order and my coffee is the wrong size. So he takes it back with an attitude as well. Then he hands it over to the girl, which by the way is very nice. Finally, I get home to drink my coffee! It’s not what I ordered. No sugar or Milk just coffee SMH.
