It’s a very nice store. It’s prices are way too high way way too high. I wish there was a shop in town for a little competition because I believe that the Acme is overcharging everybody. It’s the only place we have the shop so I don’t have a choice, but to go there I wanted to buy some flowers. They were wilted went up and asked management if they could give me some money off for this plant it was wilted they said no they don’t cut the price until after the holidays which I thought was a rip off. Why would I pay $10 for a cactus plant that was halfway dead? I don’t I don’t understand that rule at all, but I have no choice but to go back there to shop food so all it’s an OK store. The people that work there are great. It’s just that their rules are terrible and their prices are way over over over over what they should be.

It's very convenient as it's on my way home. Great place to get what I want. However, sometimes they have what I want and then the next time they don't and or don't resupply fast enough. Too many empty shelves. However everyone is very friendly and willing to help find some of the things I wanted or needed.

This location have got to have the rudest employees every! More specific, the deli department! On Wednesday 11/26 about 5p, I stood at the deli counter for about 10 minutes as the lady cleaned the slicer machine, she never acknowledged I was there! I finally asked are you closed she said no and proceed to wash her hands and put on gloves, but instead of taking my order she ask the young lady who was helping someone else in the hot food area if she could help me when she was done and continued cleaning the machine! I guess that takes priority over the customer! I waited another 3-5 minutes and decided to just leave! A few months prior, I waited at the deli counter for 10-15 minutes, it was busy, I wanted chicken, the sign clearly states take a number for hot food so I waited, only for the older gentleman to walk over and take the order of someone who had just walked up! I said excuse me, we been waiting it says take a number, he ignored me and continued helping his friend I guess. So once again, I left, I was pissed went to the CS desk to be told there was no mgr on duty. Idk if they treat all their customers like this or just the black ones! I will never spend another dime at this location again! I will drive an extra 15 minutes to Swedesboro location or better yet to ShopRite!

There is definitely racial discrimination at self checkout. The skinny old lady at self checkout has an attitude, it’s like they get upset if they don’t see you scan every single item.

I have put up with a lot at this Acme. Trying to shop while employees are tearing the aisles apart, leaving no space to shop around them and never making space to pass. Having my personal items stolen from my cart and being offered someone else’s lost belongings as retribution. Waiting up to 15 mins at the customer service desk for someone to assist me. Cashiers blatantly telling me they don’t want to be there when asked how they’re doing today. But today was the last straw. There was only one register open with a line. Self checkout has all 4 registers open and no line. The employee working self checkout, a small old woman with bleached hair, was extremely rude as usual. She didn’t count my items, but told me this is an express only lane. I asked her if I had too many items, to which she just stared at me with the dirtiest look on her face and snickered when I finally walked away from that awkward standoff to wait in the only open line. Even if I had 16 or 17 items, with there being no other customers in her area she should have been ready to accommodate me, or possibly even offer to help. I now regret shopping around and picking up additional items that were on sale. Had I gotten only the bare minimum and stuck to my list perhaps I wouldn’t be treated like a criminal or an idiot for wanting an efficient checkout experience. Instead, I got to wait in line and watch several other customers bag their items and pay while that employee did nothing. Feels like I did her job for her. From now on I will be sure not to buy too much from this Acme so that the employees aren’t inconvenienced by my presence.
