The sandwich looked disgusting and unappetizing. I called to speak to a manager and let someone know and the manager DEON wanted to sit on the phone and try to argue with me about the roach being in my room and told me he don’t know where the roach came from because “his store does not have roaches and his workers won’t give food with a roach in it.

Then the fries were hard (to the point of crunchy) and cold. I asked for honey mustard sauce and they gave me all barbecue sauce. If they didn't have honey mustard sauce, they could have said so. So very disappointed. I know never to go to that store again.
