Everytime I’ve been there either my order is messed up or my order is burnt, hard, and/or messy. For example, my egg and cheese wake up wrap was not presentable at all. I’ve been very upset each time, thus me giving them only a handful of chances. Customer service is decent though. Never really had an issue with employees, just the quality and presentation of my food. (This is how i found my wake up wrap.)
