I wonder if the store manager, stakeholders, or even the owner ever check the reviews for this branch. There’s been absolutely no improvement—the bad service remains unchanged. This was my first visit, and I was shocked by how poorly I was treated. Instead of a warm welcome, the staff looked aggressive and irritated, as if I had done something wrong. It was a truly terrible experience.

I also ordered a small coffee with regular milk and sugar, but it came without sugar. I didn’t notice until I got back to my car and started driving, and it was really disappointing—this was my first bad experience with Dunkin.

Received a regular cookie butter iced latte, I told the lady making the drinks that I had asked for matcha not coffee. She ROLLS HER EYES IN MY FACE and says with a disgusting attitude “so do you not want the drink” I was embarrassed and said no it’s fine but what the type of service is that please don’t come here unless ur expectations are low.
