First they run out of certian items, like popular bagel flavors by the middle of the day and I don't think they mak more until the next morning. If I go for a bagel after 2pm they are usually out of they kind I want. Second, I HATE cream cheese. It makes me nauseous if I get a bagel I get it with butter, however half the time they put cream cheese in it... its gross. The third and final issue I have is that when they do put butter on my bagel they use very little and only put it on half the bagel and the other half is totally dry (and often times burnt).... I feel that it's a simple order take a little pride and do it right.
