YouTube Icon Sambucha Investigated this Wendy's, and it's probably not the store itself at fault for the towing people report. Until recently there weren't signs indicating Wendy's parking only, which may have misled visitors to other businesses in the lot. He also said the spicy nuggets were fire.

Security here only give you a false sense of security. Me and my dad LITERALLY witnessed someone's car getting towed. NO OTHER WENDY DOES THAT! Staff seem to have HUGE HEARING PROBLEMS and I HAVE TWO HEARING AIDS to hear! Constantly asking the same questions when I told them NO. Almost gave me the wrong order. Didn't know my order. Up charge of butter, salt, pepper, sour cream and sauces. They even fogot our sauces and the charge extra for that. Security code for the bathroom! Good was just ok. WORST WENDY EVER

We paroled there while my husband renewed his drivers license, I went with him to the dmv and then quickly returned to Wendy’s for some breakfast. I had 1036 as my order number and got the coffee veithout cream and when I went to ask for cream was told that they gave me the wrong coffee. So it was not like they were unaware of me inside their store. However they called and had my car towed anyway!! Apparently their camera saw me Laurence their lot but did not note that I quickly returned.
Nothing. Was said inside regarding who owned the cars that they towed . I went out after finishing my breakfast and noted that my car was not on its place. I called the towing company and they said that they had my car. I used Lyft to get there and then paid them $ 265 to use my credit card to free my car. Mi do not understand why they towed my car as I was inside having breakfast and neither the lot our the restaurant were anywhere near full. I think that they should not be patronized until they change their policies and at least ask if there is someone inside before they tow the car.

Estacione afuera de wendys , y enseguida tuve al security diciéndome q si no entraba a Wendy en 5 minutos iba a llamar a la grúa para q se llevaran el auto. Estando yo sentada adentro o no. Al entrar a Wendy luego de eso estuvo dando vueltas y mirándome todo el tiempo y luego al final de mi estancia porq llevaba 20 min ahí adentro se paró a 3 metros de mi a mirarme fijo. Vigilando q estuviera comiendo y viéndome q estaba haciendo. Una cosa es velar por la seguridad del lugar y otra cosa es ACOSO. solo me mantuve en el sitio porq estaba esperando por un amigo q llegó luego. Pero fue completamente desagradable y una falta de respeto. Espero q tomen en cuenta esta desagradable experiencia.
