He claimed an employee told him that someone with the same name and address already took the food. But that's not true because I know the neighbors on the 2nd and 3rd floor and they don't have the same name as me. So I feel like he was lying. 🤨. Sounds like an excuse honestly felt like he was lazy or maybe high and just didn’t want to deliver 😤 I didn’t get my food, and my refund didn’t come through for 4-5 days 💸⏳. Completely unacceptable. This was such a frustrating and disappointing experience. I won't be using the Taco Bell app again. From now on, if I really want Taco Bell, I’ll just order directly through Uber Eats or DoorDash 🚗 👎 Would not recommend. One star ⭐
